I used many different quilting techniques on this block of the month quilt. Blocks were echo quilted around the fruit with a beige cotton thread, squiggle stitch grids were used on the block borders, and detail was added to the fruit with mono filament thread. The outer border was free hand stitched in a leaf and berries pattern using Aurilus, 36 wt., green shaded, polyester thread.
